Positive: The ambience was great, the staff friendly and the place was very clean.

Negative: The showers were clogged and the shower heads on and of the shower could be adjusted, resulting in the stream of water aiming straight ahead and needing to hold it by hand in order to take a shower. Additionally, on our last night we had a friend leave a jacket at the front desk to our name but the jacket was mysteriously lost and despite our friend stating he was sure he handed it to the front desk girl, no one at the hostel acknowledged receiving it, and just told us it wasn’t their responsibility. While we understand that, the overall experience with the staff was that they were inexperienced and very disorganized. They asked us to wait for example while their looked for the jacket and then simply forgot they were doing that when we went to the front desk to ask again some hours later. Lastly we booked a bed on a 4 bedroom room but it had 5 beds, when asking they commented “its bookings problem not ours”. Again while that may be true, it just came across very unprofessional.
