Balmoral is a comfortable 2 bedroom fully self-contained cottage, ideal for holidays, within walking distance to the shores of beautiful Burrill Lake, the boat ramp & pristine beaches.
Arrive, unpack and relax! Linen is supplied (which includes, bedding, blankets, pillows, bath towels, tea towel, dish-cloth) with beds made-up for your arrival, you just need to bring your own beach towels.
2 bedrooms, comprising 1 queen bed & 2 singles beds, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher) & a separate living room with a 55” flat screen TV. Laundry has a separate tiled shower with automatic washing machine. Bathroom comprises a small bath with shower over the bath, toilet & vanity. Secure double garage for your vehicle & boat with ample off-street parking.
Sorry, but we are not pet friendly, there is NO Wi-Fi and no air-conditioning, but in the colder months we have a large gas fire and an electric blow heater for your comfort.
