Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The view was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: Not a safe accommodation for those with mobility issues. My husband is blind and the owner was very unsympathetic to the conditions of her property for a blind person. We asked for a refund immediately upon seeing the lack of railings, conditions of the road at the entrance and loft with wire railings within the room. The owner was hostile and refused. She told my husband to sleep on the tiny, stiff couch on the lower floor. Eventually a few days later, she moved us to a lower ground floor and then left the property for a holiday. Leaving her cleaning staff in charge. It was the most demoralising and disappointing experience. It was our first holiday in 4 years.
