Through a separate entrance you can easily reach the apartment on the first floor. On the balcony, which is only used by you, you can enjoy your breakfast or a cozy evening with a good glass of Riesling in fine weather. You have an incomparable view of the wooded ridge of the Black Forest and the adjacent pastures. A lawn for sunbathing with adjoining barbecue area and a car garage are also available for your sole use.
