Built on Stavros area, 14km away from the city of Chania, on a coastal field of 50000sq.m this beautiful, spacious villa offers a breathtaking view of the glittering waters of the Cretan sea, the islet of Thodorou, the north coastline of Chania Prefecture and the imposing Lefka Ori (White Mountains). If you are lucky, as you are strolling in the huge garden, covered with trees, a vineyard, melon patches, over than 600 palm trees and flowers, you may see the peacocks that wander there.
A small private downhill road leads to the sea, where a smooth boat ramp is fount. The access to the sea is very easy from this ramp and if you are not afraid of the deep sea, the place is perfect for swimming. Otherwise, you may swim in the 70sq.m. private pool and relax in the jacuzzi. For the sport fans there is a basket court in the garden. In the sunset, when the sun goes down, the sky and the water are painted red offering a breathtaking view from the pool and all the balconies.
Villa del Mare is 350sq.m and built on three floors. The main entrance is on the middle floor. This floor consists of a big open area, where a comfortable sitting area and a cosy dining area are found and a kitchen separated from the dining area by a bar. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A French door opens to a huge veranda with wonderful view. On the same floor there is a wc. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are found on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom and two French doors that open to two different balconies with view. The second bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony and the third bedroom has two single beds and a loft with a small double bed. This bedroom has a private balcony too.
The lower floor may also be used as an independent apartment as it has its own entrance door and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The view from the dining/sitting area is amazing. A French door leads to the lawned garden. At this floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The one bedroom has two single beds and the other a double bed and a French door leading to the garden. Stairs lead from the garden to the pool. On the same floor, there is an room with gym equipment and a sauna.
