Summary: So many positives of this place: gorgeous view, plenty of space, easy access to beach—kids can play in sand footsteps away from deck. All four rooms upstairs have AC (saw a previous post saying only 3 but they most have updated since then). The two 1st floor bedrooms and basement room did not have AC and it was fine for the most part bc plenty of fans provided (however would’ve been hard if we had multiple hot days in a row).The only downside which could be easily addressed is as others have said, it could use a deep clean for sure. Would love to come back if it was!Thanks for a great week :)
