For nature lovers head to the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve (3.5 miles) where you can walk and cycle. Enjoy a stroll around the ancient, cobbled streets in Rye with its many restaurants and cafes, and independent and antique shops. There are several vineyards locally offering tours and tastings of their award winning brews.
On entering the property, you will be drawn into the spacious open-plan kitchen dining area which is perfect for family gatherings. There are bi folding and triple sliding doors to the garden and full height floor to ceiling windows, giving this room a sense of being outside. The dining room has a dining table with seating for eight and there are toys and games to keep everyone amused. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted with a central island and breakfast bar which is fully equipped for preparing family meals. There is a utility room and a shower room on the ground floor. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom which has a super king-size bed, and an en-suite shower room.

There is a paddock to the side which is perfect for ball games with a sunken trampoline with safety net and climbing frame with slide. There is a secret garden with a bistro table for two and a tiered garden bursting with colour. Children should be supervised in this part of the garden. To the front is the Rose Garden with a fruit cage and pick-your-own when in season and a children’s outside kitchen play area with Wendy house.
