Located on the edge of Kinnerley village in a peaceful location, near Oswestry with lots of interesting places within easy reach, including castles, country houses and gardens, steam trains, horse drawn canal trips, theatre and music events. Upon arriving at this beautiful lodge you will enter the hallway with a boot room/utility room on your left with washer/dryer and space for coats and shoes. Continue down the hall to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with lovely views from the picture windows. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the thoughtful little extras alongside. Enjoy your prepared meal around the dining table or open the French doors to go alfresco and enjoy the views. After dinner relax in the lounge area on the comfy sofas with a good book, watch a film on the Smart TV/DVD or listen to music and plan your next day’s adventures. After a busy day take a good night’s sleep In one of the four luxurious bedrooms, a king-size with TV, en-suite shower and WC and doors to the veranda with hot tub, two further king-size bedrooms with TVs and en-suite shower rooms and WC, or the twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) with a TV and Jack and Jill bathroom with shower over bath and WC which is also accessed from the hallway.
Venturing outside you will find a table, chairs and a George Foreman electric grill/BBQ all set under the veranda for those that prefer shade or enjoy the large lawn area, a perfect to relax and enjoy al fresco dining. Unwind in the hot tub from sunrise to sunset and embrace the views towards the Shropshire countryside. There are 3 acres of private grounds to explore with a full-size tennis court and separate children’s play area. There are four private parking spaces next to the property, and if you are bringing your bike you can use the lockable rack in the garden.
