Cromer (8 miles) is a perfect example of a traditional English seaside town with a sandy beach, a pier with traditional entertainment, and a wide range of independent cafes, pubs, and restaurants, many of which offer freshly caught local seafood. Just 19 miles away to the south is the city of Norwich, and the beautiful waterways of the Norfolk Broads are within easy reach with Wroxham just 15 miles away.
As you enter this property through the front door, you arrive in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. You will see the attention to detail that has lovingly gone into this restored barn and, with its open-plan layout, this is a very social environment in which to spend time with loved ones. The property also benefits from wooden flooring throughout and underfloor heating which means you will feel cosy all year round. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs that surround a Smart TV and a wood burner, perfect for those dark and chilly nights. The kitchen has everything the head chef needs to prepare a light snack or hearty meal, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, slimline dishwasher and a washing machine. When dinner is ready, head on over and serve up at the dining table that has enough seating for four guests. When it’s bedtime, you have a choice of a king-size master bedroom with plenty of storage space along with an en-suite shower room and WC; or there is a twin room, (which can be made up as a super king double on request), again with more than enough space to store your clothes and belongings. This room has use of the family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, and a WC.
Outside, you have a patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, the ideal space for catching some sun and dining alfresco; there is also a lawned area beyond. Finally, there is private off-road parking for two cars.
