Very private, 6900 square foot 1920s mansion set on a 15 acre estate overlooking Lake Erie. Home is situated on a bluff with views of Canada and Buffalo. Rear of the home includes herringbone brick terrace, large sandstone patio. On the west side, adjacent to the kitchen is a small covered porch. On the east side is a large covered porch. Front of the home faces a 1.5 acre vineyard through which one enters the property.
The first level includes a large professional kitchen with fireplace, formal dining room, large formal living room, center hall, half bath and a sunroom facing the lake for viewing sunsets.
The second level includes 4 full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, a laundry room and an outdoor covered porch facing the lake.
The third floor includes 1 bedroom and an oversized recreation room with pool table, ping pong, foosball table and air hockey.
The property is on a bluff with great views, but no water access. Wendt Beach is just a few minutes away by bicycle or car.
