The first floor is complete with a family bathroom, whilst the ground floor is home to a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, and ample off-road parking. No 3 The Hinges is a fabulous choice for an escape to Crantock. Please note: There is an electrical safety check scheduled for Monday 29th June at this property - access will be required on this day. Please note: A gardener will require access to the rear garden every Thursday to carry out routine maintenance.
