The original Frisian house from 1923 was extensively renovated in 2007 and 2011. Here you can feel completely comfortable and unwind to your heart's content - amidst well-kept nature with Friesenwällen, water lily pond, playground and meadows, only 500 meters from the sea. The tastefully and lovingly furnished bright Non smoking apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with modern kitchen, dining area and shower room. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in late 2016. You will find a good equipment (W-Lan, telephone, Bluetooth CD mini system, Internet radio, 3 TVs (including 1x SAT), 2 DVD players, Tassimo + normal coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, good kitchen utensils / glasses, small library). In the complex there is a private laundry with washing machines and dryers for a small fee. With a size of about 61 square meters + 2 large terraces, both parts of the garden completely completed, it is ideal for small four-legged friends.
