The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room and with fireplace, lounge, TV and DVD. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture and 6 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 additional beds at bunk bed (upstairs) (appropriate only for children under 10 years), 1 bunk bed and 3 children beds. Cooking nook as intersecting room and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 9 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 2 washbasin, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Hroznětín, 500 mASL. The holiday apartment is located on a 2000 sqm closed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, enclosed by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. The apartment is suitable for families with children. Maximum 4 adults and 2 children. Please accept bed linen and baby cots when booking. The house also has an apartment CSR EZG 098 for 6 people. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.
