Summary: We've had a lovely two week stay at Villa Petritis. The villa it'self is charmingly rustic and the views are absolutely lovely. The pool is a good size, very clean and always inviting! and there are plenty of seats/garden furniture. We spent just about every minute outdoors from when we got up till we went to bed. We were glad of the various shaded areas to sit and enjoy watching the boats come in and out of the cove and caves below us, along with the sunsets too! Mahi and Feri kept us supplied with fresh towels and frequently changed the bed linen. We didn't rent a car. We decided to walk to the local places. which were just like a step back in time and took a taxi to further away villages and arranged with the taxi to come back for us which worked very well. (note - you just have to remember to give the taxi some notice if you want to book one - there are only a few on the island). We hired a boat in Laggos and spent a lovely day going round Paxos and Antipaxos. The eco-supermarket in Magazia is reasonably close and it does do deliveries too! In Magazia there are several places to eat but our favourite place was Averto Day and Night Yard. It was lovely for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We had a wonderfully relaxing time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you Stevie and Ann
