It is the even view of the sea, the island of Paximadia in the center of the view, fantastic sunsets, vastness and calm, which lead to deep relaxation. Villa Olympia offers four bedrooms with an Ensuite bath on 260 m² total area for an occupancy with a maximum of eight people, a large living area, a subsequent open, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room/ guest toilet. Embedded in the terrace is the 5,00 m x 8,00 m (x 1.50 m depth) pool with jacuzzi. A flexible displaceable glazing on the large dining area on the terrace offers protection on windy or cooler days.
In the garden there is space for BBQ: wood stove, grill and 5-flame gas stove.
