Only minutes away on foot from the charming beaches of Plaka and Agia Anna and less than a 15 minutes drive from the vibrant Chora our guests can enjoy relaxing and peaceful holidays in Villa Myrtia. The Villa was built according to the unique Cycladic architecture. The interior design of the house, with all furniture handpicked to convey the traditional Naxian style, is fusing the traditional with the modern, and it provides the ideal setting to enjoy carefree vacations while tasting the authentic Cycladic way of life and being only minutes away from the capital of the island.
This house was designed to accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor you will find the living room with the main dining table and the traditional wall-built beds, “ divania”, and a small WC. On the first floor there is the second bathroom, the kitchen and the charming entrance room decorated with a 19th century chandelier. On the next floor there is a twin bedroom with an adjoint veranda. At the top floor there is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and its private veranda with a seafront view. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower.
Equal attention that was put to the interior of the house was also put to the exterior and gardens. Our front gardens are full of typical Cycladic herbs and flowers, from laura and lavender to hibiscus and geraniums that match the charming Cycladic landscape. The villa also has an spacious outdoors patio which is the ideal place to take your breakfast or enjoy the sunset while being surrounded by the subtle fragrance of the Mediterranean flora.
This house holds a very special place in our heart as we have put a great deal of effort and care in building and maintaining it so we kindly ask you to treat the house in a respectful manner.
