Villa Bella Vista is a magnificent architect-designed villa, newly built in 2021, offers stunning accommodation for up to 12 guests. The villa and its gardens offer amazing 360 degree views from the sea, over the rolling countryside and all the way to the Southern Alpes. The villa offers 640m2 of luxurious designed interiors with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The entire property is air-conditioned.
The ground floor boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and comforts and complete with a spacious breakfast corner where guests will enjoy the beautiful view over the green surroundings.
From the main living areas large bay windows slide open to a spacious terrace that overlooks the view, the garden and the pool.
On the first floor 4 bedrooms can be found, all with their ensuite bath or shower rooms. The Master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, large ensuite bathroom and opens up to a balcony overlooking the garden and taking in the gorgeous views.
On the garden level a further 2 double bedrooms can be found with their shower room. They are completed with a living area and kitchenette for those who like some added privacy and independance. Both the bedrooms and the living area open up to the outdoors.
