About this space
This Luxury ThreeBedroom Penthouse is ideal for Families, solo travellers & Friends alike.
Its situated in a very serene neighborhood 3 minutes walk to Chandarana Shopping Mall & the restaurants, 7 minutes from the beach.
The apartment is well decorated, spacious , clean and very comfortable. The balcony has very spacious space overlooks nature where you can unwind while you relax.
The Penthouse rooms ensuite, are well ventilated and air conditioned.
The space
The apartment is decorated with traditional Swahili-style furniture. The two bedrooms ensuite have air conditioning as well as overhead fans. In the event of a national power cut, our generator will be powered during the night but only intermittently throughout the day. Power cuts are out of our control sadly.
We are located close to all amenities, beach bars/restaurants, shops, banks, scuba diving, snorkelling trips, golf. Scuba diving facilities, kite surfing are located our nearby Diani beach. The glass bottom boat trip to the reef and sandbank is recommended for snorkelling. There are many local Diani tour operators selling day trips to nearby Shimba Hills or further national parks like Tsavo or Amboseli - please take a look at our guide book for Diani Beach.
We can also arrange for a masseuse to come to the house for massages as well as manicures and pedicures. If you require a chef, this can also be arranged - subject to availability and at an extra cost- he can help with shopping.
Personal laundry can be done at a nearby laundromat for a small fee. They offer free delivery and pick up - see house manual for more details.
Guest access
Guests have direct access to the garden , shared pool area, Shared Gym and Game room.
STRICTLY no unregistered guests to be invited on to the property; this includes family and friends and anyone you may meet off the property during your stay in Diani. This is for security reasons and to respect shared spaces.
