The villa is composed on the ground floor of a beautiful living room of 80 m2 very bright with many windows and velux. In this room we can enjoy a large kitchen-dining room fully open to living room, a lounge with TV and a large bar.
Kitchen with central island and large high table with bar chairs. Fully equipped (oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster).
The 2 doors of the living room allow direct access to the garden and help illuminate the room with the many windows and velux windows.
Always on the ground floor, we find a room with its ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet).
Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed (or 2 single beds), and a master suite consisting of a dressing room and a large bathroom (with bath and shower, double sink and Japanese toilet). Also upstairs is a 3rd bathroom with shower and toilet.
In mezzanine, a lovely room with 2 single beds.
The house has a flat garden with terrace fully equipped: large table and chairs with umbrella, deck chairs, garden furniture and barbecue.
The house also has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Cot, high chair and trotter (youpala) can be made available for baby.
