Our Villa can accommodate 8 guests in its 3 bedrooms and its lower-ground studio apartment.
The loft-styled living area of this architecturally unique Villa is located on the ground floor of a loft building, which boasts 6m high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling two-story windows, offering grand views of the pine-tree forest which stretches to the 6km long Schinias bay. It hosts comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, the 8-seat dining area, a W.C. and a large terrace and is air-conditioned.
The lower ground level of the loft building hosts an air-conditioned studio apartment, with a semi-double bed (120Χ200), a couch which converts into a sofa-bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a private sea-view terrace.
The open concept continues as you go upstairs to the master bedroom of the Villa, a loft bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, overlooking the living area. The master bedroom shares the same excellent, unlimited view to the sea, inviting you to be as one with the living space below, but also allows guests their privacy through black-out blinds. The master bedroom is equipped with an air-condition.
The Villa also hosts two (2) more comfortable bedrooms, which share a large bathroom, all with stunning views of the coast. One bedroom has a double bed and is air-conditioned. The second bedroom has a single bed as well as a second pull-out single bed. This bedroom is equipped with a ceiling-fan.
The well designed outdoor area located in front of the Villa displays a large modern infinity pool and the surrounding area where our guests can sunbathe, relax and enjoy the unique sea view. The outdoor area is fully complemented with a table, chairs, lounge chairs and also hosts an open-air bar with stools and kitchenette, where quests can prepare their own drinks and snacks while enjoying the marvelous view by the pool, day or night.
Guests have access to all the areas of the Villa. However, due to the existence of the stairway, the Villa is not accessible to strollers and not recommended for people with disabilities.
Red Grey SeaView VIlla is located in Eastern Attika, Greece. It’s 48 km (45 minutes drive) from Athens International Airport. Schinias beach is one of the finest sandy beaches in Attica, ideal for swimming near the pine tree forest. There are several taverns and bars on the beach, where you can have lunch or dinner, have a coffee or a cocktail if you are in the mood, or practice on water sports. For lunch or dinner out, there are many choices of restaurants in the nearby area of Nea Makri (20 minutes drive). There is a small mini market/bakery nearby the Villa (10 minutes walking). Guests can have access to super-markets, bakery shops and ATMs at Marathon (10 minutes drive) and Nea Makri (20 minutes drive).
The Villa is located 1,5 km far from the sandy beach of Schinias, 3-5 km far from the beach bars of Schinias, 48 km far from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizalos and 50 km far from the center of Athens. Bus transport from and towards the center of Athens is available twice (2 times) a day. The nearest metro station is in Pallini, approx. 35 km from the Villa. For your maximum convenience we strongly recommend to rent a car.
