Large windows lead to the comfortable balcony, with the outdoor dining area and the wonderful sea view. The kitchen of the house is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything else you need to prepare and serve your meals and has direct access to the barbecue and outdoor dining area. Finally on this level there is a bedroom with a double bed 160X2, private bathroom with shower and air conditioning.Going up the internal wooden staircase of the house you will find yourself on the second floor. There are three more bedrooms there. The first is the master bedroom with a double bed 160 X2 which has a wardrobe, smart TV, air conditioning and a private balcony with a sea view. It has an impressive view of the Aegean Sea and many facilities such as the private heated pool of 40 m² and a depth of 1.40, but also a separate children's pool for our little friends, with a depth of 0.70. Around the pool area you have the possibility to relax and enjoy the sun under the umbrellas, on the comfortable sunbeds, on the outdoor bed and poufs that are there. There is also an outside bathroom with a shower and an additional outdoor shower. You can enjoy your food under the pergola in the cozy outdoor dining area or your drink and coffee in the outdoor lounge. In the outdoor area there is also a gas barbecue and a playground for our little guests, in a specially designed area with lawn for endless hours of play and relaxation.
