Balcony doors from the kitchen lead to another veranda with a second breakfast/dining area and steps to the pool and BBQ area. There is a sea view from the living and kitchen area. Next to the kitchen is a guest w.c and one bedroom with a Queen size bed.
1st floor: Large master bedroom with a king size bed (1.90 X 2.00) with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a balcony with a fantastic sea view. 2nd bedroom with a Queen size bed, a desk and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. 3rd bedroom with a high ceiling, a double bed (1.40 x 2.00), a desk, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and steps leading to a split level small seating area.
2nd level (Attic): 100sq meters open-plan attic with a Queen size bed and a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The lift does not reach this level.
Lower garden level: Large living room and fully equipped kitchen that lead on to the garden and pool area. Close to the living room is a guest w.c. with a shower. Leading off the living room are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a Queen size bed. Near the second bedroom is a bathroom with a shower and a washing room.
