The detached villa for a maximum of six adults, with a private pool, is on the north-east coast of Crete on a slope near Hersonisos.
The site of around 600m² comprises a private pool and a well-tended garden with lush, mature trees and plants, in a Mediterranean style. A natural stone wall all around the garden ensures privacy, but does not obstruct the wonderful view over the natural landscape as far as the sea. It is possible to use the pool from April to October.
The house has two floors and a basement. The upper floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom, while the living room with an open kitchen and fireplace, as well as a shower room, are on the ground floor. The interior is light and features a country vintage style. The kitchen is fully-equipped and practical. The living room has a Smart TV with satellite channels (incl. 12 German channels) for evening entertainment. Each bedroom and the living and dining room are fitted with air conditioning. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms, to ensure a pleasant indoor temperature.
The nearest grocery shop is only a five-minute walk away.
During the colder months there is oil heating and wood is provided for the fireplace. The house has two parking spaces. The German hosts live on the neighbouring site and so are easy to contact.
