Positive: The team in charge of all activities is extraordinary, I also really enjoyed watching their show every evening as well. Without them my stay wouldn't have been so nice but these guys were absolutely fantastic!! Thanks to them!! The coral reefs directly in front of the hotel where I could see so many fishes and squids. I also saw a turtle. Very nice even if the water was cold in January.

Negative: Sadly the rip off to take a taxi to Hurghada, staff not helpful while clearly taxi drivers are fooling you and beeing disrespectful. Food in the main restaurant was really bad (but good in beach restaurant and greek restaurant) After 18h00 you can't walk on the beach outside of the hotel. The shampoo and conditioner given are really bad and smell like pure plastic. I paid extra for 20 minutes jaccusi and it wasn't a juccusi at all but a pool (no warm enough) with a place where you have to stand ( very difficult) to hope to get some bubbles. If you want to have a mattress close to the sea you must make a reservation and pay extra. And on top of that the people are coming early to put a towel on the second and third raws so you end up totally in the back even if no one is physically occupying the mattress closer to the sea. That feels rude.
