Summary: The villa and pool were wonderful, except for the bathroom situation. Plus the info on Hotels.com was not accurate. It advertised two bathrooms, but there was only one inadequate bathroom with a toilet prone to plugging. Daily housekeeping was featured, which turned out to be every three days in reality. We left early after two days of no hot water and toilet being out of commission for a third time and no refund was given. It’s too bad because Elounda is a lovely place and the Villas could be a great resort, but work is needed on the utilities.
