Enjoy your holiday, at the wonderful Villa Nayana, just a stones throw away from the sandy beach of Bali and benefit from the exclusive in-villa services. The beach is at your doorstep and you can also easily access several restaurants, tavernas and all kinds of shops nearby. Covering 70 m2, the stylish, two-storey Villa Nayana can accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and 5 people in total if needed. Modern, minimal lines were used for the decoration of the whole property, which is equipped with high quality appliances and Italian furnishings, creating a cosy environment.
Layout
Ground Floor
EnteringVilla Nayana on the ground floor you will find the bright, modern living room that features a 40 HDTV and a comfortable siting area, that offers direct access to the pool area. A few steps away, the open plan area also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining counter. A bathroom with shower can also be found on this level, as well as a separate room with a washer/dryer.
First Floor
Following the staircase upwards, you will reach the two bedrooms of the Villa, both offering a king sized double bed (1,80 X 2,00), A/C, 26 smart TVs, dressing table and access to a balcony equipped with patio furniture, overlooking the pool and boasting unobstructed views of the Cretan sea, just a few meters way. One of the bathrooms, features a hydromassage bathtub and sitting area, while the other one has a beautiful oval bathtub. An additional family bathroom with a shower cabin is also available on the first floor.
Outdoor area
The outdoor area of Villa Nayana is beautifully landscaped, as the lush greeneries, plants and palms, create a serene, exotic ambience. Also, the whole outdoor area is fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests, while it offers easy access to the beach at the same time. The pool terrace also offers a variety of amenities which include:
- A private swimming pool. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for entire stay, upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- Furnished spots for relaxation with bean bag chairs, outdoor living room with sofa and arm chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower.
- Free, public parking space next to the Villa.
