Summary: If you want to be close to nature and you don't mind basic facilities then this is the place for you. You can enjoy beautiful peaceful walks among the grape vines, figs, cherry and olive trees. The property, being on the mountainside gives you breathe taking views across the Aegean Sea and wonderous sunsets in the evening. The Samos people very friendly and willing to help you with anything. The steep rough roads to the house and on other parts of the island, certainly test your driving skills. A 4x4 vechicle is a must. The facilities are very basic no hot water and only a couple of saucepans. For me this was not a problem.
