This beautiful, new holiday house enjoys a lovely location, slightly above the beach at Mirtos. The house offers a phenomenal view of the sea, the village and the coast. It is spacious, around 90m², is suitable for up to four people, and provides ample privacy. All the rooms are fitted with air conditioning and/or ceiling fans.
The rooms are spread over two floors. The upper floor has a big living room of around 35m² and an open kitchen with a dining space. The living room has seating, satellite TV and a DVD player. Wireless Internet access is free of charge with your own laptop or mobile devices. The well-equipped kitchen provides a ceramic hob, a stove, a dishwasher, a fridge with two doors, and a range of accessories. This floor has a little bathroom with a toilet and shower, and there is a very big balcony, with the most beautiful view you can imagine. It is around a 300-metre walk to the centre of the village and the beach, along a so-called goats' path, and around 450 metres along the asphalted road. According to the owner it is one of the most beautiful houses in Mirtos, in one of the most beautiful locations.
