up to 10 guests plus 2 guest-staff - 12 persons in total sleeping, at no extra cost.
The ground floor has three bedrooms of which one has a king size double bed and the other two have
two single beds that convert to one double.
The upper level is completely independent with its own entrance and comprises a bedroom with a
queen size bed and a sitting room with a fold-out couch bed for two and a kitchenette.
Additionally, there are independent living quarters for guest-staff with two single beds that can
alternatively be used for guests, if need be.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and their own television and silent ceiling fans.

The location, more or less in the centre of the island, allows for easy and quick access to all destinations;
tavernas and beaches. Only 4,5 km (or 10 minutes by car) from the main town of Antiparos and the
picturesque port that connects Antiparos island to Paros island with a regular ferry service, that runs
every half hour in summer.
The nearest beach with crystal clear water is only 900 meters away (or 3 minutes by car) on the eastern
coast facing Paros island,
