Positive: Well located. Property manager was very nice and helpful. Dishwasher. Pool.

Negative: In need of a lot of attention and updating. Chipped crockery: there were only a few chipped and mismatched glasses, none for wine, flat pillows, bed wasn’t particularly nice to sleep on. Inside of the sofa bed was disgustingly filthy and yellow and a dustpan full of debris came out of it when I opened it up to see if it was suitable to sleep on (it isn’t). Torn worn out sofas, squeaky doors and door handles (nightmare at night when you are sharing with friends as the noise wakes you up every time someone needs the loo which is all night long between four people in their fifties!) leg coming off the coffee table, dirty stained sun loungers, brown marks around the downstairs toilet doorframe, cord came off the roller blind. Only one socket worked so couldn’t use kettle and toaster at same time, I could go on. Great shame as it’s a nice house in a good location and the property manager was very nice and helpful. This house needs investment and attention to detail if it’s going to be the type of holiday home people return to, in my opinion.
