Indoor facilities
Villa Sissy consists of four modern designed bedrooms divided into two floors with en suite bathrooms and an amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an air conditioner, and free WiFi access. A separate WC is located on the ground floor, suitable for all guests. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a super double bed, a private bathroom, and an extra WC. In the same area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for an easy stay. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms with balconies that combine sea and mountain views with Smart TV and ensuite bathrooms. A beautiful roof garden has been created on the roof with a magnificent view of the Platanias and the endless sea. The elegant design and minimalist architecture, the selection of colors, and the elements inside and outside of the villa create the perfect destination for a relaxing experience for you and your loved ones.
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is covered at its most part by a large heated swimming pool of 105 sqm. (for adults about 60 sqm and the small children pool about 20 sqm), with a whirlpool that is divided into two parts one suitable for small children. A living room and a dining room for 8 guests surround the building. The luxurious accommodation in the villa is completed with extra facilities such as a wellness area with a treadmill multi-instrument gym, and a BBQ. Sunbeds and a hammock let you relax under the sun while reading a book. Secure parking area on the front side of the villa suitable for 2-3 cars.
*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost upon request. We require 7 days' advance notice and the heated pool fee shall be paid in cash upon arrival.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
