Villa Rosalie is a charming and charismatic home-away-from-home, nestled within a beautiful holiday complex only 10 minutes drive from both the main city of Paphos and also from the sandy beaches of Coral Bay. In less than a 4 minute walk, you can be at the sea, enjoying the stunning ocean views and a picturesque cove which is perfect for swimming and taking advantage of the amenities of the surrounding hotels.
The villa is distributed over three floors, with an open plan kitchen, living room, dining room and separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, which include the master en suite, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with a separate bathroom.
The 4th bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor, which is accessible via the garden and down some steps. This private space contains its own bathroom with shower, one double bed and a bunk bed, making it perfect for members of the party who require a little extra privacy, or for children to enjoy their own space.
The garden is an oasis in itself, adorned with a selection of mediterranean trees and bushes which create different spaces for dining and relaxing. There is a 32m heated pool, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining area and children's play area, providing all the entertainment necessary for a wonderful vacation. The villa is not overlooked and has parking, making it perfect for those looking for a relaxing island escape.
Villa Rosalie sleeps 10 people with the option of an extra fold-out bed in the master bedroom and a fold-out bed in the lounge for the 11th & 12th guests.
