Positive: The property is part of a resort. Decent location with views over corfu island.

Negative: The property is part of a resort and most facilities were shut or not being looked after such as the only open pool had loads of flies floating in the pool. About the villa - the property Terraces has the industrial exhaust from the restaurant below, so even though this was off season, we had constant noise & smell of food from a full industrial exhaust whilst sitting outside on terrace (rather than hearing the beautiful sea). The property is just barely maintained to a good standard with handles for panels broken, shower water getting clogged etc. Communication - extremely disappointing. Note they only want CASH for payment and were not ready to charge on my card event though booking.com had the card reserved. We did state that the cash will be withdrawn according to card limit as it was not small amount. The owner threatened to go to authorities if monies were not paid, along with preaching us to enjoy our vacation and not engaging in a debate about method of payment. We have travelled around the globe and this was the most unreasonable and aggressive behavior from property owner. Be MINDFUL..
