Villa Olive Tree is a newly built modern villa situated on the north part of Corfu in the beautiful village of Roda. It is a 40 km drive from the picturesque town of Corfu. Our luxury villa is the perfect destination for large groups and families that want a luxury break in a private olive estate of 4100sq.m. The three floor divided holiday villa can accommodate 14 guests, in 7 bedrooms with en-suite showers, an extra Wc, large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living space of the villa is 360 sq.m.constructed with high-quality materials and standards. The fenced spacious property has an extraordinary ample outdoor space with a huge swimming pool of 125sq.m (25m*5m*1,6m) .Guests can top up their tan on the spacious terrace on loungers, or take a dip in the infinity pool. A little further is a 100sq.m barbeque area with kitchen facilities, large dining area where guests can cook and enjoy an al fresco meal under the shade of the pergola, whilst gazing out at the spectacular pool and garden views. There is a changing room with a shower. Villa Olive Tree was named especially for its surrounded grassy garden and the olive trees, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the Corfiot environment.
Entering the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar and large table, perfect for a morning coffee with pool view, and also direct access to the terrace. The open plan living space has large comfortable sofas and a huge Tv of 85’’. A small corridor leads to the Wc and the 2 bedrooms with the en-suite showers. Both rooms have large wardrobes, beauty mirror desks, 32’TVs and access to the terrace.
Interior stairs lead to the first floor. Here is a helping kitchen well equipped without cooking facilities and a living room area with 43’ Tv leading to a large balcony with outdoor seating area overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. On that floor there are three bedrooms with the en-suite showers. All rooms have large wardrobes, beauty mirror desks, 32’TVs. The master bedroom stands out of the stunning views to the sea and the Village of Roda which you can glaze through its large windows seated on a pair of armchairs or while lying on the bed.
The second floor is also accessed through interior stairs. Here are the last two bedrooms with the en-suite showers. All rooms have large wardrobes, beauty mirror desks, 32’TVs. These rooms have no access to the balcony but feature large glazing windows overlooking the garden property and the swimming pool area.
The new built Villa Olive Tree is ideal for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a sunny and relaxing Mediterranean break.
