Layout Villa Lulla is a newly built property. It's located on a hillside, not far from the sea, offering enjoyable sea and sunset views. It offers an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with patio doors to a big terrace. Four air-conditioned bedrooms, a double bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom is just a few stairs from the living room. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with three more bedrooms and bathrooms(one with double bed and two with twin beds). It has a large, private swimming pool and outside dining and BBQ area.
