Villa Jewel is located in a private gated area offering safety and calmness to our guests. The 320 sqm villa has 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, one of the bedrooms can support people with disabilities, and a large outdoor swimming pool. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities, a living room, large terraces with outdoor dining areas, and a barbecue area.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an extra bathroom, a large common area with a dining table, a kitchen, a sitting area, and a laundry room.
On the first floor are three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. All rooms have access to an outdoor balcony with a view and a small sitting area to enjoy the garden-pool view.
On the last floor, there is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a large veranda, an outdoor dining area, and BBQ facilities.
There's the outdoor swimming pool (dimensions - 8m x 4m x 1.50m) with outdoor seating, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a small garden for 10 people. There is a dedicated BBQ area and enough private parking space for 3 cars.
There's free access to wifi in all areas of the house. Outside the house, there are large spaces for parking.
