It consists of 3 floors with Ground floor, the living room with stone fireplace that is connected with a large kitchen and 1 wc, then the 1st floor consists of 1 large room with 1 double bed and a sofa bed with large balcony overlooking the sea and 1 bathroom and the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea & a regular bedroom with a double bed. The whole house has a courtyard and balconies overlooking the sea, also has a barbeque and private parking.

There is direct access to the beach with steps through the house.
At a distance of 300 meters from the house there is a large beach where there is a canteen and a tavern!
