Villa Anna is a new fully detached villa with a private swimming pool, set amongst the beautiful olive groves of Pano Stalos area. The location gives to one the feeling of the countryside, yet the distance of the villa from Chania Old Town with the historic Venetian Harbour and Chania city centre is only ten kilometres’ drive away and one can get the best from both worlds. The area is very peaceful; the views to the valley and the sea are magnificent, however the town of Pano Stalos is within easy walking distance from the villa, whereas the sandy beach of Stalos is only two kilometres away.
The newly-built villa is on two floors, and it consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor consists of an open-plan fully equipped and fully furnished kitchen/living room and dining area and a wc. The three bedrooms (one double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each) with the two bathrooms are on the higher levels (one with whirlpool) .
