Positive: Beautiful room with nearly everything I needed. Peaceful residential neighborhood within walking distance to town. Expected shared bathroom but private bathroom was available ...a nice surprise. Easy to come and go. Included dishes (stored in the fridge). Good size room.

Negative: Didn't see waste basket in the room. Hard neighborhood to navigate with a car...narrow streets and double parked cars. If drive, careful with gps navigation...it sent me down some dead end streets. But the Villa 27 was nicely tucked off the street.
