The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances while a large dining room is hosted in the same room. Between the 1st and 2nd floors there is a large bathroom with a bathtub.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large bathroom and a veranda with fantastic sea views, and the second one with two single beds. A small living room is also housed in the large bedroom.

The villa is surrounded by 2 large courtyards with a total area of 260 sq.m. The first courtyard features parking space and the second one a stone barbecue.
All floors communicate with wooden staircases.
