Thalassa luxury villa is a 200 sq.m house with 4 bedrooms, (8 pax), living room, kitchen area and a beautiful garden with bbq. The house is 300m from Ixian beach, 7km from the airport and 6km from Rhodes town.
There is just one rule, enjoy your stay!
Originally built for personal use, so the materials used are of excellent quality. Tiles, bathroom furniture, taps, kitchen cupboards and bedroom wardrobes are all designed and manufactured in Italy. Throughout the house there are family heirlooms, carpets, antiques and artwork by local artists that harmoniously blend with the modern style of the house giving it a very interesting, dynamic and at the same time comfortable vacation space.
The villa is fully air conditioned (cold or hot) and it offers wi-fi internet in all areas.
A solar heater provides hot water all day long.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining room, one of the four bathrooms of the house and a large living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fitted fridge with freezer, electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a complete set of glasses, dishes and cooking utensils, as well as children safe cutlery and dishes.
The specially designed wooden dining table has plenty of room for 10 people.
In the living room there is a sofa , armchairs and traditional wooden stools and chairs. Also, there is a fireplace, which in combination with the back-lit wall and the various traditional objects and carpets decorate the place wonderfully. There is also a 43 inches flat screen TV with satellite channels.
The garden is planted with grass, buganvilias, jasmine and other local herbs. There is also an outdoor dining and barbeque area, with awning shading, and the whole property is fenced with a high decorative wall offering absolute privacy.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom with a queen size bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The other two rooms have twin beds which can, upon request, easily be converted into king size beds. They also have large wardrobes. Both rooms share the main bathroom, which has a bath tab and double wash basins. The washing machine and airing cupboard are also located in the main bathroom.
All rooms have their own large balcony.
Finally, on the top floor there is the fourth bedroom with a double sofa-bed. There is also a bathroom with shower, all lined with traditional cement coat, a characteristic of the Aegean islands. On the top floor there is a large terrace which offers a wonderful view of mount Filerimos, where there is a famous monastery built by the Sovereign Order of Malta during their occupation of the island of Rhodes.
All areas of the house are accessible.
