With a striking terracotta coloured exterior, it is stylish and inviting tucked away in an private exclusive gated enclave of 4 villas, close to both Lygia and Kariotes villages. With a good sized pool and terrace, it is a delight to relax around the pool surrounded by fields and olive groves. The interior has the main living, dining and kitchen areas offering high ceilings featuring an elegant modern design on the ground floor, with a double bedroom and ensuite shower room and patio doors opening onto a terrace. On the Mezzanine floor above, accessed by a staircase, is a further double bedroom with an open plan ensuite shower room. Lygia has a sandy /shingle beach with a couple of beachside tavernas specialising in fresh fish caught that morning, there is a popular bakery and hand supermarket to grab the essentials and the villas are situated on a bike trail so a nice way to explore the surroundings. To the North is the Capital Lefkas Town and to the South are the villages of Nidri, Sivota and Vassilikos to name a few that are great to explore. Lefkas is a green, unspoilt island with plenty to discover, using Water Villa as a base, this is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
