Summary: The property is in a quiet location in the foothills of the white mountains. It's about a 20-30 minute drive to a nice beach at Kalyves. There is a pool on site, which was cleaned every day and well kept gardens The villa had a lounge/diner/kitchenette and toilet on the ground floor (with a sofa bed) and on the first floor a double bedroom and bathroom. The TV was upstairs, meaning you could only watch it in bed, and the air conditioner kept the bedroom lovely and cool, but left the downstairs horribly hot. Of note, the stairs were extremely steep. We only felt happy going up or down holding the handrail and had to descend with our feet sideways on the steps.. Anyone would restricted mobility would best avoid this property, in my view. So, a nice location but we wouldn't go again due to the stairs, having the TV in the bedroom and the air conditioning only working in the bedroom.
