Charming 200m² villa on 2 levels called villa Lefkes. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower + 1 outdoor shower at the entrance of the house.
It is located in a complex of 3 villas which belongs entirely to us, sharing a superb 120m2 infinity pool. One of the three villas is n the house where we live, called villa Naoussa. So we have the pleasure, while remaining very discreet, of being at your disposal at any time.
The complex is located just 1km from the center of the most beautiful village in Paros named Naoussa.
Accommodation capacity: up to 8 people.
On the ground floor, in a large single room, we find a magnificent living room with fireplace, a dining table for 8 people, and a spacious fully equipped American kitchen.
On the same level are also 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed in 160 and another with two single beds in 90 which can be joined. The two bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with shower.
The terrace facing the garden, the swimming pool and with a view of the sea in the background, includes a dining table for 8 and 2 sun loungers.
On the lower floor (level -1) we find a very large space with high ceilings and ample natural light also comprising two very comfortable bedrooms each with two 90 cm beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and a large room which serves as an auxiliary living room with TV, dining table and fridge. A ping-pong table is at your disposal.
The levels are connected by an internal staircase.
The 4 bedrooms are air conditioned.
