Positive: What can one say when everything is so perfect ? Thodoris and Electra are such lovely hosts of this authentic small Cretan stone house… they made sure we had the perfect experience. The house is amazing, old small village house that has been rebuilt. All the équipement you need are inside with a very great attention to details… and small attentions, wine, coffee etc.. The most important points I noted : - the bed is super comfortable, all the linen and towels too which is pretty rare / the room upstairs is big and super confortable - kitchen is good with almost all the tools and ustensiles you need - dining terrace downstairs in a small garden - small terrace upstairs so beautiful for having breakfast or diner - perfect for the hot summer since the stone house keep the fresh and AC upstairs - homemade wine in the barrel downstairs (it’s strong be careful :) ) We loved our stay at Spitaki and the hospitality of the hosts is just from another world, it’s legendary. These people are so kind they shared their very soul with this place and you, they are so generous it is heartwarming and it makes magic. Thank you Thodoris, Electra !

Negative: Just a few point for improvement, hard to find since everything was already so good ! - you can add a small portion of olive oil and maybe honey for the visitors since these are two of Cretan classics products - maybe a small living room table would be nice in front of the sofa but need to manage the space not to block the passage to the outside courtyard door - one thing, be careful with the car you get to go there the streets are super small so if you want to go maybe prefer a small car, if you have a big one you can always park it down the village 5 min walking distance from the flat
