Summary: We had the most amazing stay at Socrates Apartments in Milatos, Crete. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped, with a breathtaking sea view that we never got tired of admiring. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from our balcony was pure magic. The restaurant was another highlight – every meal was fresh, delicious, and full of authentic Cretan flavors. It felt like dining with family, with so much love and care put into every dish. The location couldn’t be better – peaceful and right by the water, yet within easy reach of everything you need. Milatos itself is charming and relaxing, a hidden gem far away from the crowds. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people. The warmth, kindness, and hospitality we received were beyond anything we’ve experienced before. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and by the end of our stay, it felt like we were leaving friends behind rather than just a holiday spot. We can’t recommend Socrates Apartments enough – it’s the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, amazing food, and the most wonderful hosts. We are already dreaming about coming back! ❤️
