Walking into the first floor, you will find an open space area, gifted with natural lighting coming within. On the first floor, you will also find a common bathroom with a sink and a toilet, for easy access.
Strolling down to the ground floor of Koa Villa I, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed (1,60x2,00). Featuring direct access to the outdoor area, which has a coffee table accompanied by two chairs, to enjoy your morning coffee with the sounds of nature. This room also features an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a 43" TV.
Located right next to the master bedroom, you will find the second en-suite bedroom. This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90x2,00), which can be joined together to form a queen-size bed (1,80x2,00). This room also features direct outdoor access, an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a 32" TV.
