Our house is situated in a graphic and historical neighborhood in Chania 'Chalepa'. Our paved street is quite silent, without many car noises or other distractions. The perfect place to enjoy a calm stay. It is located only 50m away from the sea, and 1,5km from the city centre. The Airport and hospital are 15 minutes away, while a taxi and bus station are near and reachable by foot. The house has 2 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people, 5 in the bedrooms and 1 on a truckle on a big sofa.
The house is dominated by wood, with terrene colors and all the gives you the feeling of a very pleasant environment. It has 2 floors, in the first is the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and the fire-place. At the second floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, a second WC and the balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent view. We can host until 7 visitors in order to the 1 of them will sleep at the sofa(it's big and comfortable) and 1 in a truckle bed.The house has all the conveniences that someone is looking for and we are having 4 aircondition, 3 in the bedrooms and 1 in the livingroom/kitchen.
