Villa Agrielia ( meaning wild olive) is situated in the beautiful rural area of Isomata , just 8 km from the main port of Patitiri and just 4 km from the scenic fishing village of Steni Vala.
The private villa has plenty of private and secure parking with gates that can be closed on the entrance .
There are 4 bedrooms , 3 bedrooms on the ground floor that are reached from an open porch way . A family bathroom with a shower in a cabinet , wc and sink service these bathrooms .
The first bedroom has 2 x 1.5 m singles beds that can be pushed together to make a double . They are suitable for 2 smaller infants in each bed or 1 adult or larger child . The other 2 bedrooms have 1 x 1.5 m beds inside . All rooms have ceiling fans and mosquito screens , good clothes storage space. The bedrooms all lead onto a large balcony that is shady and has facilities for seating and dining . All have garden views .
The first floor area is accessed through the porch lobby and up a staircase that is open on one side , so smaller children will need to be supervised on the staircase. A stair gate can be provided on request .
The lovely living ,kitchen ,dining area is all open plan with the lovley fitted kitchen and one end .There is a washing machine and full dishwasher and an large upright fridge with small freezer box , kettle toaster , coffee machine and a full compliment of utensils and crockery are all provided . There is a dining table inside and also another on the large balcony . The living area has comfortable seating and patio doors lead onto the big and scenic balcony . There are ceiling fans in the living area.
The Master bedroom leads from the living area . king size bed complements this room with patio doors leading onto the large balcony . Plenty of storage space . Ceiling fan . The en suite bathroom with shower, wc and sink lead from the bedroom. The balcony area offers dining table and chairs and parasols .
The garden area has a large patio area with outdoor seating , there are olive trees for natural shade . The garden is fully fenced in for safety of smaller children and to protect the garden plants from Roaming goats coming into the property for lunch .
The property is situated in a rural area called Isomata which is apx 2 km on an unmade road . The road surface is not smooth but suitable for most normal cars , obviously a 4 x 4 means a quicker journey . There are no street lamps in the vacinity .
