Positive: The side water view from the balcony was great. The apartment had a separate bedroom with wardrobes. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. There was a handy washing machine. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator. The stove top takes a little trial and error. As others have mentioned, a chef's knife would be nice to have on hand. It was great that I could pay by credit card at the owner's parents' apartment on the same floor. Spar supermarket is one minute walk away. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby like My Family and Black Marlin.

Negative: The building itself had some drawbacks. There is a pretty big slope from the street to the entrance. There was construction noise during weekdays. On two occasions, other tenants didn't close the outside elevator door so it didn't operate. Taking the stairs wouldn't normally be a big deal but two flights of stairs were completely dark in the middle of the day. I had to feel for the next step with my foot while holding the railing because I couldn't see it. I would recommend downloading a flashlight app on your phone, just in case.
